TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OrthodoxLife.org (“OLO”) welcomes submissions for possible publication. Materials submitted should not have previously been published elsewhere in print or electronic format. These should be sent as a WORD document attachment. Use the contact form below to let us know you would like to submit an article for our review. We will send you the email address where you can send your article for our consideration. By sending material to OLO you agree to grant Holy Trinity Monastery, Inc. (“HTM”) the nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to reproduce, modify, edit, or publish your submission on any website owned or operated by HTM. We also respectfully request that you do not publish your submission on any online or print platform either before or for a period of six months beginning from the date that we will post it on OLO. HTM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to edit any submissions received, and to choose to include or not include such submissions on OLO or any other website owned and operated by HTM.
You must own all rights to any material that you submit to OLO or, if you have the right to submit works copyrighted by another, you must include with your submission a statement describing where you obtained the work. In no event may you submit to OLO any material protected by copyright without the permission of the copyright owner.
It is our aim to only publish materials that encourage Orthodox Faith and piety. So please refrain from submitting any material that defames any person, invades their privacy, infringes their trademark or other rights, or which is otherwise unlawful.
